Whether you are an elite athlete or brand new to fitness, CrossFit is absolutely for you and the Elements Course is where you will begin! This is a unique introduction for all new members to the foundations of CrossFit. Over the course of the Elements program you will gain the knowledge you need to be both successful and safe within our CrossFit model. All new members must complete the Elements Course before starting group classes.
